Honeymoon - Vietnam

For the first part of our honeymoon we went to Vietnam. We flew into Nha Trang in Southern Vietnam. Here we visited markets and enjoyed the Vietnamese food. The night markets were particularly busy because "Tet" (Chinese New Year) was about to happen.

We then went to a place called Whale Island (www.iledelabaleine.com) and lay on a beach. The island is about 10km off the coast near Nha Trang. It has about 10 bamboo bungalows on the beach. It's very quiet. Everything is provided for. There is excellent snorkelling and sailing.

After returning to Nha Trang we then flew to Cambodia.
